You and Bemzora agree that any Dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative action.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any Dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any Dispute submitted to formal legal proceedings. The designated courts are the courts located in London, England.

If you access or use the Service from outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bemzora regarding the use of the Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
